This privacy policy ("policy") will help you understand how iManagementBrazil Ltda., branded as iMB („us", "we", "our"), uses and protects the data you provide to us when you visit and use our website www.imb.solutions („website", "service"). 

We reserve the right to change this policy at any given time, of which you will be promptly updated. If you want to make sure that you are up to date with the latest changes, we advise you to frequently visit this page. 

With our privacy policy, we try to reflect the basic idea of Web3, according to which the data belong to the user and data are stored decentrally. We publish blogs, newsletters, case studies, podcast, audio blogs and a digital newspaper on our webpage and the LinkedIn platform. All discussions about the blog posts, newsletters, podcasts, Audi blogs, digital newspaper and notes take place on the social media channels and specific comment sections of the webpage, as well as LinkedIn and Substack. Thus, we also want to ensure that the largest possible number of interested readers, linked through the most diverse portals, can participate in the discussions in the most transparent way. 

What User Data We Collect 

When you visit the website and subscribe for newsletter, blog updates, podcast, digital newspaper and/or request contact, we may collect the following data using exclusively the standard cookies of Squarespace: 

  • your first and last name,

  • your IP address,

  • your e-mail address (one-stop register at Substack),

  • your phone number,

  • other information such as interests and preferences,

  • your access channel and

  • data profile regarding your online behavior on our website.

We store this data temporarily in digital form blocks for a period of 30 days.This data will not be used for 3rd party commercial marketing campaigns or other 3rd party commercial applications.We expressly declare that this data will not be passed on, sold commercially or made freely available within our organization.‍ ‍

Why We Collect Your Data

We are collecting your data for several reasons:

  • to better understand your needs,

  • to improve our services and products,

  • to customize our website and the digital newspaper outlet according to your online behavior and personal preferences.

We will not send you commercial promotional emails. We will send subscribers newsletter emails with information that may be of interest to you.

At no time will we contact you to have you fill out surveys or participate in other types of market research. At irregular intervals, we may conduct surveys using the Google Workspace Surveys application or LinkedIn applications. However, these surveys are not sent, analyzed or information stored via our webpage at any time.

Safeguarding and Securing the Data

iManagementBrazil Ltda., branded as iMB is committed to securing your data and keeping it confidential. iManagementBrazil Ltda., branded as iMB, has done all in its power to prevent data theft, unauthorized access, and disclosure by implementing the latest technologies and software, which help us safeguard all the information we collect online. Being fiscally domiciled in the Federative Republic of Brazil, we are required to comply with the national data security laws known as the LGPD ("Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados"). This website complies with all national requirements and beyond, as no data collection features are enabled or running in the background, except for Squarespace's default settings (see above website analytics).

We do not publish client names or company names on our webpage at any time. References of any kind are only sent individually and after prior consultation with the client. In blog posts on our website or social media channels, no information is provided that allows conclusions to be drawn about our clients. We take these measures because all project missions include sensitive information and/or initial situations.

The data we collect by using standard cookies of Squarespace is used to customize our website to your needs. After we use the data for statistical analysis, the data is completely removed from our systems.

iMB.Solutions Ltda. is committed to maintaining the highest standards of data privacy, confidentiality, and security for corporate leaders, enterprises, SMEs, and growth ventures using OneBizTutor®. This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, storage, and cryptographic protection of data submitted to or generated by the OneBizTutor® platform.

1. Core Commitment: Zero AI Model Training

Your proprietary business intelligence is your most valuable asset. iMB.Solutions enforces a strict zero-model-training policy.

  • No Public LLM Ingestion: Neither raw client inputs nor synthesized outputs are ever used to train, fine-tune, or reinforce public, foundational, or third-party Artificial Intelligence models.

  • Isolated Compute Enclaves: All agentic processing (including multi-agent reasoning, financial modeling, and scenario stress-testing) occurs inside isolated, confidential computing environments.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to execute multi-agent workflows and deliver strategic business validation services:

  • Account & Organizational Information: Name, corporate email address, company name, jurisdiction, job title, and contact details provided during onboarding or via the Project Space contact form.

  • Proprietary Project Inputs: Financial models, target market parameters, supply chain details, strategic objectives, and operational documents uploaded to your private Web3 Project Space.

  • System Telemetry & Metadata: Cryptographic logs, agent interaction timestamps, and system performance metrics necessary to maintain workspace integrity and verify smart contract state changes.

3. Data Protection Architecture & Web3 Hybrid Framework

To align with high-stakes enterprise requirements, OneBizTutor® employs a Web3-Enclave Hybrid Architecture:

  • Off-Chain Encrypted Storage: All raw strategic data, documents, and generated artifacts reside in client-side encrypted, off-chain storage vaults. This guarantees that confidential information is never exposed directly on public blockchains.

  • On-Chain Audit Trails & ZKPs: We utilize Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKPs) and lightweight smart contracts to generate tamper-proof, immutable execution logs. This allows you to cryptographically verify agentic calculations and human expert sign-offs without exposing raw trade secrets.

  • Data Sovereignty & Erasure: Because raw data is held in client-side encrypted vaults off-chain, clients maintain total data sovereignty, including the technical ability to revoke access or execute permanent data erasure in compliance with regulatory mandates.

4. Legal Basis for Processing & Regulatory Compliance

We process client data strictly under the legal bases of contractual performance and legitimate business interest. OneBizTutor® is fully engineered to comply with global privacy frameworks:

  • LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados - Brazil): Full compliance with Brazilian Law No. 13.709/2018 regarding data processing, access control, and data subject rights.

  • GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation - EU): Strict adherence to European data sovereignty, zero transfer to unapproved third parties, and full respect for erasure rights.

  • Cross-Border Data Transfers: All cross-border data routing executed during multi-agent analysis is safeguarded by end-to-end encryption protocols.

5. Data Sharing & Sub-processors

iMB.Solutions does not sell, lease, or monetize client data under any circumstances. Data is shared only with:

  • Authorized Human Experts: iMB.Solutions senior interim managers and vetted C-level advisers bound by strict non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) who perform human-in-the-loop review gates.

  • Infrastructure Sub-processors: Enterprise infrastructure providers hosting confidential compute enclaves and encrypted storage, strictly operating under zero-retention data processing agreements (DPAs).

Part II: Terms of Service

1. Acceptance & Scope of Agreement

By accessing the OneBizTutor® website, deploying our AI Agent Swarm, or entering the Web3 Project Space, you ("Client", "User") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between Client and iMB.Solutions Ltda.

2. Service Description: 90/10 Hybrid Advisory

OneBizTutor® provides an Agentic AI Strategy Engine backed by human executive orchestration:

  • Autonomous Agent Swarms: Autonomous AI agents (including DataSuperCharger, Analyst, Red Teamer, Contextualizer, and LaunchKit Architect) synthesize real-time market data, model financial scenarios, and run adversarial risk tests.

  • Human-in-the-Loop Governance: All AI outputs undergo evaluation, refinement, and final sign-off by senior iMB.Solutions interim executives prior to delivery.

  • Nature of Advisory: OneBizTutor® outputs—including Validation Sparks, Execution Blueprints, and Living Strategy dashboards—are high-level strategic intelligence tools designed to de-risk corporate decision-making. They do not constitute formal legal, tax-accounting, or financial audit opinions.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership

  • Client Ownership: The Client retains absolute, sole ownership of all raw data, business concepts, financial inputs, and proprietary materials uploaded to OneBizTutor®. All final LaunchKits, strategic blueprints, and customized agent outputs generated specifically for the Client belong exclusively to the Client.

  • Platform IP: iMB.Solutions Ltda. retains sole ownership of all underlying technology, including the OneBizTutor® name, multi-agent state graph architectures, LangGraph orchestration frameworks, agent prompts, proprietary heuristics, and Web3 integration code.

4. Pricing, Proposals & Engagement Tiers

Engagement with OneBizTutor® is conducted via productized tiers or custom-scoped proposals:

  • Tier 1 (Validation Spark): Fixed-scope project focused on rapid adversarial concept validation.

  • Tier 2 (Execution Blueprint): Fixed-scope comprehensive go-to-market and operational roadmap.

  • Tier 3 (Living Strategy Engine): Recurring subscription/retainer for ongoing market tracking and executive sparring.

  • Custom Proposals: Custom-scoped offers requested via the Project Space contact form become binding upon mutual written execution or formal invoice payment.

5. Client Responsibilities & Fair Use

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful parameters and information during the agent configuration phase.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of Project Space access credentials and cryptographic keys.

  • Refrain from using OneBizTutor® to analyze or execute illegal business ventures, engage in unauthorized market manipulation, or violate local laws across target operating jurisdictions.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

  • Market Volatility Disclaimer: While our agentic swarms analyze real-time market data and run adversarial scenario simulations, macro environments (including tax reforms, currency fluctuations, and trade policy shifts) remain dynamic. iMB.Solutions does not guarantee specific commercial revenues or profit margins resulting from executed strategies.

  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iMB.Solutions Ltda. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Total aggregate liability under any claim arising out of OneBizTutor® services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to iMB.Solutions for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to hold in strict confidence all technical, financial, and strategic information disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination or expiration of any project tier or Project Space subscription.

8. Governing Law, European Digital Compliance & Dispute Resolution

  • Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

  • Compliance with European Digital Frameworks: For European clients and entities operating within or interacting with the European Single Market, iMB.Solutions Ltda. fully respects and complies with applicable European digital laws and regulatory frameworks. This includes strict adherence to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding cross-border data protection, the EU Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act) regarding transparency, risk management, and human-in-the-loop oversight, as well as relevant EU digital market and services standards.

  • Dispute Resolution: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by binding arbitration in São Paulo, SP, Brazil, in accordance with the arbitration rules of a recognized Brazilian arbitral authority, conducted in either English or Portuguese.
