updated on Aug. 10, 2026

Welcome to OneBizTutor® - The Hybrid Business Intelligence Engine! We are committed to delivering cutting-edge business model validation, market research, and strategic insights for companies while safeguarding your data with the highest standards of privacy and security. This combined Disclaimer and Privacy Policy outlines the terms of use for our services, how we handle your data, and your rights, ensuring transparency and trust in our hybrid AI-human-Web3 workflow.

Disclaimer

1. Purpose of Deliverables

The reports, strategic insights, creative assets, and other materials ("Deliverables") generated by OneBizTutor® - The Hybrid Business Intelligence Engine are provided for informational and strategic planning purposes only. They are designed to support B2B companies in market entry, business model development, and transformation by offering data-driven validation and clarity. However, these Deliverables are not a substitute for professional advice or a guarantee of success.

2. Not Professional Advice

OneBizTutor®’s Deliverables do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We strongly recommend consulting licensed legal, financial, tax or other qualified professionals before making binding business or investment decisions. Our insights are meant to complement, not replace, specific expert guidance tailored to your specific circumstances.

3. No Guarantee of Success

While OneBizTutor®’s hybrid workflow—combining Micro Small Language Models (M-SLMs), Large Language Models (LLMs), and human curation—aims to de-risk your entrepreneurial journey, we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding future performance, profitability, or commercial success. External factors such as market conditions, competition, and execution are beyond our control and may impact outcomes.

4. Role and Limitations of AI

Our service leverages advanced AI, including M-SLMs for client-specific data analysis and LLMs for market contextualization. These technologies enable unprecedented speed and analytical depth but have inherent limitations. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or biases from training data. Our “human guarantee” ensures that all Deliverables are curated, reviewed, and approved by professional consultants using our documented Hybrid Intelligence Workflow, certifying process quality and integrity, not AI infallibility or specific business outcomes.

5. Client Responsibility

The accuracy and quality of Deliverables depend on the completeness and accuracy of the data you provide. You retain full responsibility for all business decisions and actions taken based on OneBizTutor®’s insights. We encourage thorough review and validation of our Deliverables in collaboration with your internal teams and advisors.

Privacy Policy

1. Our Commitment to Privacy

At OneBizTutor®, trust is the cornerstone of our service. We combine the precision of M-SLMs, the vision of LLMs, and the expertise of human curators to deliver strategic insights while prioritizing the confidentiality and security of your data. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, use, store, and protect your information, leveraging decentralized Web3 server structures to ensure maximum privacy.

2. Information We Collect

To provide and enhance our services, we collect the following types of data:

Client-Provided Business Data: Information you provide for analysis, such as business plans, financial models, customer lists, survey results, competitive research, and operational metrics. This forms the basis of our “Launch Kits” and strategic Deliverables.

Personal Information: Basic contact details, including name, company name, job title, email address, and phone number, to manage your account and communications.

Technical and Usage Data: Information about your interaction with our platform, such as IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, and anonymized usage statistics, to maintain functionality and improve services.

Web3-Specific Data: Wallet addresses or decentralized identifiers (DIDs) for access management on our Web3 servers. We do not collect or store wallet passwords, private keys, or seed phrases.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to deliver and improve the services you request:

Service Delivery: Client-Provided Business Data is analyzed by M-SLMs to generate targeted insights and prompts, which LLMs contextualize within broader market trends. Human curators refine these outputs to produce final Deliverables, such as Validation Reports or Launch Kits.

Communication: Personal Information is used to send project updates, deliver reports, respond to inquiries, and manage billing.

Service Improvement: Anonymized and aggregated Technical and Usage Data helps us analyze platform performance and enhance user experience. Your Business Data is never used for this purpose.

Security and Compliance: Technical and Web3-Specific Data ensures secure access, prevents fraud, and complies with legal requirements, such as data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

4. Our Hybrid Intelligence Workflow

Our unique workflow maximizes insight while prioritizing confidentiality:

M-SLM Analysis: Client-Provided Business Data is processed by specialized M-SLMs in secure, contained environments for tasks like trend analysis or sentiment scoring. These models are purpose-trained and do not retain or share your data.

LLM Contextualization: Structured, anonymized insights from M-SLMs (e.g., “customer retention rate is 75%”) are used as prompts for LLMs to generate strategic scenarios, ensuring your raw Business Data remains isolated.

Human Curation: Professional managers on-demand and/or consultants of iMB.Solutions, bound by strict non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), scope projects, review AI outputs, and provide final recommendations, ensuring strategic alignment and confidentiality.

Strict Non-Training Policy: Your Business Data is never used to train or fine-tune general-purpose AI models. All analysis is exclusive to your project, safeguarding your proprietary information.

5. Decentralized Data Storage and Processing

OneBizTutor® leverages decentralized Web3 server structures to enhance data security:

Data Fragmentation and Encryption: Sensitive data is fragmented, encrypted, and distributed across a blockchain network, eliminating single points of failure.

Client Ownership and Control: You retain direct ownership of your data, granting or revoking access via decentralized identifiers (DIDs) or smart contracts.

Immutable Ledger: All data access and processing events are recorded on a blockchain, ensuring transparency and auditability.

Granular Consent: You can selectively share data necessary for each project, maintaining control over what is accessed.

6. Data Security

We implement robust security measures to protect your data:

End-to-End Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Blockchain-Based Access Controls: Prevent unauthorized access using decentralized protocols.

Regular Security Audits: Ensure compliance with industry standards and identify vulnerabilities.

Web3 Resilience: Decentralized servers reduce the risk of breaches, unlike centralized systems.

7. Data Retention

Personal Information: Retained as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, then securely deleted unless required by law.

Business Data: Retained for the duration of your project and securely deleted from active systems upon completion, unless you instruct otherwise in writing.

Legal Obligations: Data may be retained to comply with regulatory requirements, then anonymized or deleted when no longer needed.

8. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Information or Business Data. Data may be shared only in the following cases:

With Your Consent: We share data with third parties only with your explicit permission.

Service Providers: Trusted third parties (e.g., Web3 infrastructure providers) may access data under strict data processing agreements to support our services.

Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights, prevent fraud, or ensure safety.

Project Team: Authorized consultants and project managers access data as needed for service delivery, bound by NDAs.

9. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights over your data:

Access: Request details about the data we process and how it is used.

Correction: Request updates to inaccurate or incomplete data.

Consent Management: Review, update, or withdraw consent for data processing, with changes reflected in real-time on our Web3 systems.

Portability: Export your data for use with other providers.

Erasure: Request deletion of your data, subject to legal and contractual obligations.

To exercise these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at: onebiztutor@imb.solutions.
