FAQs
Interim Management
The project areas, from reorganization to business model transformation and business development, are very broad. How can you combine all this?
Our clients want implemented solutions. When we're involved in a reorganization or transformation project, it's a natural step to also adapt the business model and make it work - in other words, classic business development. That's why we always think about these projects holistically, with the most valuable thing in mind: your customers, your market.
What is the cost structure of a project assignment and how are the fees invoiced?
In most cases, costs are limited to the monthly fee. In some cases, additional travel expenses may also be incurred, but these are only a reimbursement of costs. Billing is done exclusively through iMB.Solutions' tax number. The fee structure is always agreed individually with the client, so as not to overburden the client's cash flow.
In which currencies are the invoices billed?
Normally, invoices are issued in the currency of the place where the service is provided. In most cases, invoices are issued based on the tax number and fiscal registration of iMB.Solutions in Brazil. The invoice amount is therefore issued in Brazilian reais. In project missions outside Brazil, invoices are mainly issued in US dollars (USD), euros (EUR) or Swiss francs (CHF). iMB.Solutions can also issue invoices in cryptocurrencies in consultation with the client.
Under what conditions does it make sense to invoice in cryptocurrencies?
Invoicing in cryptocurrency is particularly interesting if the project mission has to be carried out in a country where the monetary situation is characterized by excessive volatility or no iMB.Solutions accounts are active. In such cases, traditional payment processing can be costly due to fees associated with legacy payment rails. In contrast, crypto transactions often have lower fees, saving money for both iMB.Solutions and our clients. Cryptocurrencies enable near-instant cross-border transactions, eliminating delays associated with traditional banking systems. This speed is might be advantageous for iMB.Solutions working across different countries in the same project mission. Accepting crypto payments can offer benefits like faster transactions, lower fees, and access to a global market. However, for iMB.Solutions and our clients it is essential to stay informed about any regulatory requirements and tax implications related to crypto transactions.
Who are the professionals who will work for my company?
We will only work with iMB.Solutions partners and interim and associate project managers. We are not a recruitment agency and we do not keep a bank of candidates. Our core business is your project, not the placement of staff.
Is iMB.Solutions a consulting company?
We, as iMB.Solutions, come from management on-demand (or interim management) and implementation-oriented consulting. Traditionally, our clients rarely hire conventional management consultancies. Our clients want to be presented with solutions that we implement and that work. Consulting is a by-product, but not our core business.
Is iMB.Solutions an independent company?
We are a fully independent private company. There are no commercial or other conflicts of interest with consulting firms, auditors, interim management providers, recruitment agencies or law firms.
Why do clients hire iMB.Solutions?
Companies often look to management on-demand (or interim managers) and project managers to meet specific business requirements that reflect their particular needs and challenges. These requirements reflect the need for professionals who can not only fulfill specific tasks, but also think strategically and support the company at crucial stages.
Which project missions is iMB.Solutions most active in?
The most common requirements for iMB.Solutions are: digital transformation, change management, process optimization, project management, supply chain management, finance and HR expertise. With iMB.Solutions, organizations can expect customized solutions that are not only fast, but also strategically aligned with their objectives to ensure that they can capitalize on opportunities and overcome challenges efficiently.
On average, how long does an iMB.Solutions project mission last in our organization?
A project mission can last from three to a maximum of 24 months. The avarge project mission lasts between nine to 13 months. In many cases, our clients want to conclude a contract split into two stages. This is always linked to the corresponding results, future prospects, new findings and related developments. The client's financial situation also plays a decisive role.
Are there modular project structures?
Modular project structures should always be considered in combination with the duration of a project assignment. These project structures are the predominant normal case and therefore measurably reflect the customer's development and future prospects. This means that our client always has detailed control of the project.
In which countries does iMB.Solutions have established partnerships?
iMB.Solutions has established solid partnerships in Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Mexico, the USA, Canada, Germany, Switzerland and France for many years. These partnerships range from specialized management consultancies, universities and educational institutions for sustainable technology and the digital economy, start-up incubators to M&A boutiques and private equity firms.
How iMB defines the commitment of obligation?
iMB is guided by the Declaration of Commitment of International Association of Interim Managers. With this we commit ourselves: assume responsibility for our decisions and acts and report actively to our clients; treat all information with highest attention and privacy; check with all projects impartially if the prerequisites for a successful realization are given and in case of doubt reject a project or at least point out the only vague chances for success; only accept such commissions that can be matched with our experience and competence; align all actions and decisions target orientated to the project success; concentrate on the economic fulfillment of the scope of work agreed with the contract; safeguard all agreed functions, quality, delivery dates, mile stones and costs using all systems and procedures following the present professional state of art; safeguard the projected time-schedule, even in case of unforeseeable absence and do not create any dependency with personal or the organization of the client.
OneBizTutor®
Here are answers to some of the most common questions about our service, our technology, and our process.
About the Service
Q: What is OneBizTutor® in simple terms?
A: OneBizTutor® is a service that acts as a strategic co-pilot for your business. We use a unique combination of advanced AI and seasoned human experts to rapidly test if a business idea is viable and to create a complete, actionable plan to launch it successfully.
Q: Who is this service for?
A: OneBizTutor® is designed for a range of innovators, including:
Startups and Entrepreneurs who need to validate their business model and prepare for investment.
Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs), especially those in Brazil, looking to enter new export markets.
Established Companies and corporate innovation teams that need to pivot, transform, or launch new products with speed and confidence.
Q: How is OneBizTutor® different from a traditional consulting firm?
A: We are fundamentally different in four key ways:
Speed: We deliver in days or weeks, not months.
Cost: We offer transparent, fixed-fee projects and subscriptions, not unpredictable billable hours.
Deliverable: We provide an actionable "Launch Kit" ready for execution, not a static 100-page report.
Security: We use a revolutionary Three-Layer Trust Architecture to protect your data, which is fundamentally more secure than standard cloud services.
The Hybrid Engine & Technology
Q: What do you mean by a "hybrid" engine?
A: "Hybrid" is our core philosophy. It means we combine the best of machine intelligence with irreplaceable human wisdom. Our AI provides speed, data analysis, and creative possibilities, while our human experts provide the strategic nuance, real-world context, validation, and accountability.
Q: What is the difference between an M-SLM and an LLM in your process?
A: We use the right AI for the right job:
The M-SLM (Micro-Small Language Model) is The Specialist Analyst. It's a purpose-built AI that performs deep, precise, and highly accurate analysis on your specific business data.
The LLM (Large Language Model) is The Creative Contextualizer. It takes the clean insights from the M-SLM and brainstorms a wide array of strategic scenarios, brand narratives, and go-to-market angles.
Q: Why is the human expert so important if you use such advanced AI?
A: The human expert is the most critical component. The AI can generate options, but it cannot apply wisdom. Our human Curator and Validator turns the AI's raw output into a sound, practical, and accountable strategy. They provide the real-world experience, ethical oversight, and strategic intuition that no algorithm can replicate.
Security & Privacy
Q: How do you guarantee the security of my sensitive business idea?
A: We don't just promise security; we build it into our architecture. Our Three-Layer Trust Architecture provides cryptographic certainty:
Strict Compliance: Full adherence to global data protection laws like GDPR and LGPD.
Zero AI Training: A strict policy ensuring your proprietary data is never used to train any AI model. Your IP remains yours, always.
Secure Decentralized Infrastructure: We use a hybrid Web3 architecture that encrypts and fragments your data, eliminating single points of failure and giving you true data sovereignty.
Q: Is my data safer with you than with a major consulting firm?
A: Yes. Most traditional firms use standard, centralized Web2 cloud servers, which are prime targets for data breaches. Our decentralized approach is fundamentally more secure and was designed from the ground up to protect high-value intellectual property.
Process & Deliverables
Q: What is a "Launch Kit"?
A: A Launch Kit is not a report; it's a toolkit for execution. Depending on the Tier you choose, it's a comprehensive package of ready-to-use assets that can include your complete Go-to-Market strategy, brand identity and messaging, visual mockups, a localized sales outreach plan, and even a corporate setup roadmap.
Q: What is the difference between Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3?
A:
Tier 1 (The Spark) is a one-time project focused on validation. We rigorously test your idea and provide a clear "Go / No-Go / Pivot" recommendation.
Tier 2 (The Blueprint & Ignition) is a one-time project focused on execution. It includes everything in Tier 1 plus a complete Launch Kit to take your validated idea to market.
Tier 3 (Market Intelligence Engine) is a subscription service for ongoing strategic clarity. It's for leaders who need a continuous, real-time view of their market, competitors, and trends.
Q: How do I get started with OneBizTutor®?
A: The process begins with our structured online questionnaire. This is a strategic dialogue where you submit your vision, providing the essential foundation for our analysis. But you can also contact iMB.Solutions directly. You can find the email address here: onebiztutor@imb.solutions
Pricing & Engagement
Q: How is your pricing structured?
A: We believe in transparency and value. Tiers 1 and 2 are offered as fixed-fee projects, so you know the full cost upfront. Tier 3 is a flexible subscription model (monthly or quarterly). We have completely eliminated the unpredictable "billable hour."
Q: Is this service really suitable for Brazilian SMEs?
A: Absolutely. OneBizTutor® was developed by iMB.Solutions, a company founded in Brazil, based on projects where generative AI was used extensively. The development process was supported by selected customers, project partners and two European universities. We have a deep understanding of the local market and its challenges. Furthermore, we offer localized pricing in Brazilian Reais (R$) for our local project service of MiD48 and flexible payment terms to make our services accessible to Brazilian PMEs aiming for national or global growth.
