His pragmatic execution style stems from his engineering background. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering in production planning and hydrodynamics from a European technical university. He began his career optimizing factory production as a project engineer at Mercedes Benz. Later, he studied International Business Management in Germany and Chile.

He holds an International Executive MBA from FAAP in São Paulo and the University of New Mexico. To help clients shape the future, he completed Digital Engineer training at the HassoPlattner Institute. He seamlessly merges robust industrial heritage with modern digitization strategies.

He directs complex financial management, tax optimization, and critical restructuring projects. Mr. dos Santos systematically translates a strategic idea into results. His industry focus spans food, packaging, textiles, and engineering services. He delivers fast availability for decisive operational turnaround missions.

His pragmatic execution style stems from rigorous academic training in Brazil. He studied business administration at the University of Applied Sciences in São Paulo. To help clients shape the future, he utilizes advanced financial frameworks. He holds a postgraduate degree in Finance from IPEP in Campinas.
