Foundation

established 2005

iMB, incially founded as iManagementBrazil, was established as a privately held independent interim management firm in 2005. Based in São Paulo, Brazil, iMB has quickly become one of the leading interim management and implementation-oriented consulting boutiques for national and foreign investors in Brazil. We work in strong national and international collaborations with a wide variety of professional and complementary service providers. We work according to the societal professional principle in order to ensure the necessary quality at all times. We are not an interim management provider. We work in your projects exclusively with the group of founding partners, as well as associated partners. We work in the context of management on-demand.

In more than 130 projects since 2005, our passion motivates us to seek creative ideas, answer questions, rethink, develop and protect our clients' business model.

The renaming to iMB reflects the brand name as we are known in the market. Furthermore, the brand reflects the increasing independence of the pure focus on Brazil, as in the original founding period. International project missions have increased. The original founding name iManagementBrazil continues to be our legal-fiscal brand.
